Otesha Project Bike Tours
May-October 2009 (various dates throughout the spring, summer and fall!)
A Green Street program provider - the Otesha Project - is now accepting applications for their 2009 Bike Tours, that will be taking place all across the country! Travel through different parts of Canada by bicycle, performing a play and offering workshops about sustainability and social justice issues to schools and community groups!

A Project of Free the Children: Me to We Day 2009!
Me to We Day is an initiative by the world renowned charitable organization, Free the Children, and is an annual celebration of the power of young people to change the world! The one-of-a-kind event features inspirational and motivational speeches and performances by leading activists, speakers and entertainers. After the event, all students are encouraged to take action locally and globally through Free the Children’s awareness and fundraising campaigns throughout the year - to raise funds to build schools and provide clean water or alternative income for impoverished communities worldwide.
